Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy - 24 Hours Advance Notice:
To ensure smooth operations and avoid double booking, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. While we usually have a cancellation fee, we are currently waiving this fee. However, we appreciate your cooperation in preventing any inconvenience caused by overlapping appointments.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule within the 48 hour period. By doing so, you allow us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment slot.
